Drilling Kitchen floor to put wire thru floor

we have gotten into a new house and want to make a drill hole in a corner for a phone wire any thought on the easyest way so we dont crack the tile? thanks for your help.

Mark the spot you need to drill, then place a cross of sticky tape over it, then drill carefully.
