drip from tap lever

Hi
I had my bathroom refitted a few months ago, and had an ideal standard free standing bath tap installed. I've just noticed that this has a very slight leak from the lever, not the outlet. Is this likely to be the cartridge not properly fitted that I can sort myself, or a problem I should contact the manufacturers about?

either or, if it's leaking under guarantee then it's the manufacturers issue. Trouble is getting them to do anything about it. If you can figure out what's wrong then take it up with them.

Should the lever come off after removing a grub screw and if so, I presume I don't need to isolate the tap first?
