Dripping Kusasi Shower Taps

Hi

I have a three lever landscape Kusasi shower tap. There is a drip coming from the outlet into the bath. I assume I have to replace a washer. I have contacted Crosswater who make the tap, they have sent me an exploded diagram of the tap, but I cannot see a washer in the diagram and the covering e-mail mentioned a flow cartridge. What does this all mean ? I was hoping to unscrew a few things and then replace a worn out washer, am I being naive ?

Yes, the flow cartridge probably will have to be replaced
