Hi all,

New to the forum so apologies if this has been answered before.

I recently had my bathroom renovated and had a Geberit in-wall system installed. It was working flawlessly until last night when I noticed a dripping sound coming from the cistern, It's roughly every second and eventually goes away.

I was wondering if anyone else has had the same thing and if I should get the plumber out to have a look at it. I'm hoping it's just the new system settling in.

Is there anything I can adjust?

Oh and there's no leakage into the basin so the seals aren't leaking.

Regards

Rene

Hi Rene,
You might have some dirt from your renovation in your concealed cistern that blocks the flushing system. So if multiple flushing is not effecitve, unmount the flushing valve, and clean the inside. If the cistern is a bit older limestone may block the system. Add standard vinegar and let it remove the limestone.
Here is a video that might help.

If this doesn't help, please our Customer Service:

Keep me posted.
