Dripping Tap-stripped grub screw

Anyone help with a tip to remove a stripped thread grub screw ? Its on a Franke mixer tap at the back and is a pain in the arse ! Everything just spins in it...

If you force the spout up a few mm's as though you were removing the spout you might be able to trap the grubscrew to give you a shot at using the key to pull the screw tip out of the tap body. then pull the spout up and out of the mixer bodyto work the grub screw free and check if you've damaged anything.
You will have to re-tap all the threads.

if this abovedoesnt work then remove the mixer from the sinkand work on it more freely.
Drilling out can be tried, jam a "just fit"bit in the grub screw hole and use the drill slowly in reverse.
or same again only in forward while putting slow presure on the drill. but drilling can go way wrong and damage the fittin.
