dripping tap

hi guys...how do i get to change the washer inside this tap....its a bath como tap...keeps dripping even when turned off...see pic

can you explain a bit more please dan..where do i get this cartridge ?...and how do i change it ?....ta

You'll need to know the make and model of the tap, and order the spare part from a local merchants, or an online company such as Lunns (.co.uk I think).

There are two ceramic plates that move over each other to open or close the tap.

You probably have a score across one of hte plates meaning the water pushes past.

The work is very simple once you have the correct part.
