Are you absolutely sure you connected the battery with the correct polarity?

Good question but yes .. and ive been driving for about 2 weeks like this if it was the wrong way around there would be all kind if other issues ?

Thanks

Did you leave the system without power during the swap over? Very risky without one of these:-

Hi sorry what exactly did you mean ? I've changed plenty of car batteries in the past and never had this issue or had to use one of those

The difference in battery, shouldn't matter at all - are you certain that, even briefly, you didn't connect the battery with the wrong polarity?

Try disconnecting battery, leave off for 30 minutes, then reconnect. See if that helps.

Mope I still feel the resistance on the door handle the door opens manually just not with the lock .. I justvrwalsied a small snapped wire on the battery could that be the cause ? I snapped it when removing battery

Yep 100 percent sure i didnt but i remembered when removing the battery i snapped a small wire could that be anything to do with it ? Ill upload a pic tomorrow

I snapped that small wire when removing the battery it was after installing new battery back on that the driver door .. interuor lifts and driver door switch for windows dont work.. could it be due ot that snapped wire ?

If the thin wire was part of an individual circuit then yes, that could be the culprit. If it was just one strand of a multi-strand heavy-current cable then no.

Thanks.. it looks like 1 small red wire but it come from a bunch of other wiring as per photo .. I only realised yesterday that it might just be that because the wire snapped when replacing the battery ans it was right after that the issues started

The red, broken wire, will definitely have been there to serve some purpose. Your best way forward, is to reconnect it to wherever it was broken from, and see if it then works.
