Long time reader but first time poster.
I applied to the council for the vehicle crossing but fallen victim of the ignorance, should you have checked that the property is on the classified road hence required PP.
So it seems that the fee is gone down the drain and now I need to apply for PP with appropriate PP fee. Just to ensure I follow the procedure I realised that I need to submit the copies of Ordinance Survey (1:1250) and copies of block plan (1:500).
I would be grateful if you could guide me to where I could get the copies of the above and if pos at what cost? Do I need to submit any other supporting document etc?

Just rechecked the link myself as I needed some info, the site seems to be down and a customer sevices warning that scam emails have been sent out and advising a virus check so I would stay away for a while

go to the ordinance survey website and you'll find the layouts you need

Will cost about £10-15.

You will need to produce an existing and a proposed site plan at 1:100 showing the extent of the works and demonstrate how it complies with your Local Authority's highways guide, if appropriate, eg splay lines etc.
