Dry verge finishing

I've posted my project in the project room.

I'm trying to decide how to finish my dry verge.

I have 'caps' from the supplier which finish it flat and was going to do that until I wondered if there was a better way.

I think I have 3 options. See pictures. Which would you choose and why?
Or suggest an alternative!
