Anyone know how long it might take for my 150mm thick and 2.5m by 4.8 m floor slab will take to dry sufficiently for me to lay my laminate?

I will be laying it on a 3mm foam type of underlay although this isn't a dpm, as I already have that in the floor construction.

Should i still lay another dpm on top of the slab before the laminate or just go with the 3mm foam underlay??

Rule of thumb (in normal circumstances) 1 inch of concrete/screed takes 30 days to dry.
On any concrete/screed floor, regardless of DPM underneath the concrete, you do need a DPM in the underlayment to prevent any residue moist from the screed getting into the wooden floor.
