Got a mission soon to board out my extension. I’ve done boarding once before using standard drywall adhesive. Went ok, liked the fact there was a bit of workability in levelling the boards with the regular adhesive.

So what about foam adhesive? Any good? Any easier? As a novice what’s most forgiving?

Drywall adhesive aka dab is surely the best choice and price. Can also use it to do a bit of cheeky gap filling, and stick beads on. No cleaning either just kick it out the tub when it’s dry, so I can’t see how any other option is worth considering
