DT92E wireless thermostat is not firing BAXI main

Hi,

Hope someone can help. We have had a new boiler installed. The honeywell DT92E thermostat is communicating with the relay box and turning it on when the temperature is lower than what has been set.

However the boiler does not seem to fire up.

Does anyone know how we can fix this?
