Dual Immersion Indirect Vented Cylinder

Can anyone recommend an indirect, vented, twin immersion cylinder (if such a thing exists) ? I want to heat my water via Solar PV (and an Immersun), the idea being to heat the top of the cylinder via one immersion heater and if there's enough spare electricity left to then heat the bottom of the cylinder via the second immersion. Cylinder needs to be well insulated as well, to retain as much heat as possible.

Look for economy 7 cylinders. These are normally twin element and very well insulated.
