Dummy sashes

reacently had some windows fitted openings each side and a dummy
Sash in the middle......on some of the dummy's there's a slight draft
Coming through the seals manly at the corners.....should I put a bead
Of sealant on the outside ??
 
As above call the installers back.
Dummy sashs are basically normal sash that are screwed shut. Will just need pulling in and re-screwing.
