I have recently had this boiler fitted and and have two problems .
Problem 1 I have noticed that intermittently it makes a sound as though someone had flushed the loo it only lasts for a few seconds - is this normal?
Problem 2 Also since getting the boiler when the central heating is on there is an intermittent ticking sound which is very annoying. At first I though it was in the new radiator which had been fitted in the airing cupboard but realised it is in the system somewhere I have had the company who fitted the system out and the man said he thinks it is a loose piece of solder in the new pipes that were fitted with the boiler he has suggested a system flush to try to dislodge the solder.
I would appreciate any advice.
