I have a Samsung TV and soundbar, both new this year. I have connected the bar to the TV output via Q-Symphony and am getting silence after about an hour; apparently this is because it goes to sleep if the volume is not high enough or no buttons have been touched for a while on the remote (can that be right?). I've read that I should just use the Arc setting without Q-Symphony as that will solve the problem, but it doesn't. So we have the remote to hand and if this happens we switch off the bar and then on again quickly - that does work, but it's annoying. I'm using a high-speed HDMI cable as recommended. Any ideas? Some days we don't get any silences but then suddenly the problem re-surfaces.
