E-Mail Problem

There are four users on our computer and since Sunday we have been having problems sending and receiving mail. This message appears when we try to use Windows Mail: "Some errors occurred while processing the requested tasks. Please review the list of errors below for more details.

Account'pop.supanet.com',Server:'pop.supanet.com',ProtocolOP3,Port:110,Secure(SSL):No,Error Number: 0x800CCC19"

Have no idea what this means and any help would be gratefully received.

If no settings have been changed then you could try temporarily disabling your antivirus program and then try pulling your emails again.

Check your settings as per the Supanet site:

I know you said nothing has changed, but it's worth a check. A virus or something could have done this.

Do you definitely have Internet connectivity?

Also, if you have a router, give it a reboot and make sure it's not blocking the pop port (110) and the smtp port (25).
