E7 Quartz - How to set the timer...

Hi There...
I am unfamiliar with quartz E7... I just moved to a new house and I don't know how it works. I just use the button boost. Can somebody explain to me how to set the time of this machine? I would like to program for night time, off peak for 3 hours. How can I set my clock too...

I have read this earlier, but i couldn't understand nothing...
I was looking in the heat and it is set from 3 am to 8 am, but i would like to change for just 4 hours., not 5 hours... Till 7am off peak. Can I find some videos that explain how to do it??
