I am installing a shower and a towel radiator in a bathroom.

The central heating system uses copper pipes. For the new towel radiator and shower, I have run plastic pipes (by breaking into the copper pipes from under the floorboards on the landing) to the connections to the radiator and the shower control unit (not an electric shower).

Would someone be able to confirm if I need to earth bond the radiator and the shower control unit (they are both metal) by running an earth wire from the radiator/shower unit back to the copper pipework?

Thanks
Ade

If there is no new copper entering the room, then no bonding work is nessecary. Plastic pipes cannot introduce a potential.
