Hi,

Can anyone tell me the best practice for dealing with the earth conductor when using a plastic mounting box for a light switch. The type of box I am refering to is mounted flush in a plasterboard and stud wall. They don't have an earth terminal.

If the lightswitch doesn't have an earth terminal either, then just sleeve the earth as normal, and terminate in a piece of termal block inside the switch box
