Hi all you sparks experts. I need a definitive answer, if possible, to a question that I get as many different answers to that I ask different sparks 
Does an outside tap have to be isolated from the internal copper pipe work as it is outside the equipotential zone of the property?
Also the same question applies to the prv discharge pipe off of a combi or system boiler?
