Hi folks,
I have a new house extension which I had traditional trusses put in. Finally I have time to get arround to doing something with the loft area, which I want to use as a games room for the kids.
I have done some research and have uses celotex boards to insulate probably 90% of the area (all that is ventilated, leaving a 50mm gap).
My question is some of the runs have no external ventilation (but upto wood supporting the gulleys), apart from what moves through the felt, is it ok to do the same with these runs as it is for the rest?
I am concerned that with next to no airflow, condensation will occur.
thanks
