when the E7 kicks in the 50 amp mcb trips - had this replaced by new one but still happens however if after E7 kicks in I reset MCB seems to work ok - should I change to larger mcb - been no elctrical changes at all otherwise and evrything else ok

This I guess would be better placed in the Sparks Forum, however, it sounds like you have some fault in your system somewhere and I'd have thought the Spark that changed 50Amp MCB would have checked all circuits?? Call in a Spark to test everything.

You could start by turning individual heaters off then it should be obvious which one is causing the problem, if it still trips with them all off then you have to look at the wiring.
