Efflorescence?

My blue brick wall I built last year has got various bits like this on it. Anything I can do about it? Tried brushing it off a bit which had zero effect. Ta.

That's more of a design issue. You have rain saturating the top of the wall and soaking down in to it, and that is almost always going to lead to constant efflorescence however many times you wipe the face or add a chemical cleaner
