It's efflorescence season!
Hope it’ll be less bad next efflorescence season then
Climate change...
That's more of a design issue. You have rain saturating the top of the wall and soaking down in to it, and that is almost always going to lead to constant efflorescence however many times you wipe the face or add a chemical cleaner
