I painted some architrave with Albany Acrylic Eggshell after a washdown with sugar soap and a light rub down with sandpaper over the previous coat of eggshell.
A month later I had to clean it up with a quick sponge down. To my surprise the new coat is just running into the sponge and none has adhered to the previous coat.
I have never had this problem before even with water based eggshell but I am not sure what I should do before I put on another coat to make sure I am not faced with the same problem again
