Hmm, that's a bit optimistic. You can't (economically) get gas into the place, yet you think there'll be no problem putting a load of solar panels on the roof. Even if you have the top most flat, you won't own the roof and the freeholder will be equally able to screw you over if you want to use the roof.

as it is a flat you cant put solar panels on it as it isnt your roof, all flat owners will have a responsibility on any repairs to the communal roof so you cant just install solar panels on it
And people wonder why London is soooo expensive.
