Hello,

I've currently got an electric heater in my living room that is connected to a fused spur socket. The thermostat and timer have both stopped working so I'm going to replace the heater.

Firstly, could I just re-wire a new heater into the spur, or is it not that simple?

Secondly, a friend of mine can get discount off NOBO heaters so I was looking at getting the NTE4N20 model. I was just wondering how easy these are to set up, as I noticed there is a separate control panel. I was hoping the control panel just plugged in to the heater?

Thanks for any help you could provide.

You are sure that it's not a problem with the supply to the heater?

Should be straightforward enough. Do make sure that the power is off.

That's what the images show.

.

I think so!

I've removed the thermostat and timer from the interior circuit and the heater works fine without them. I don't use at the moment as I'm thinking it's got the potential to overheat without the thermostat tripping it out.
