I assume that the unit above the main consumer unit is the E7 consumer unit? Both fuses are 13A in there and both are intact.
By the process of elimination it must be the switch that's faulty (which, incidentally is indeed a 20amp dp switch.
Other than that, I must have put a nail through a cable or something...
Any other suggestions?
