Hello all

A buddy of mine is having a new kitchen fitted and converting from a gas oven and hob to all electric.
"BUT" the hob and cooker are going to be in seperate parts of the kitchen!
the hob is going to be on say wall A and the oven is going to be on wall B.
just want to know what is the best way to supply both units from a single supply?

Put two supplies in

One for the hob, and one for the oven

If the oven is 3kW or below you may be able to feed it from a socket or FCU on the ring.

The hob will need its own dedicated supply

What is it with people switching from a gas hob to electric???? Are they all mad?

You have a gas supply! use it!

Down with electric hobs!

This week alone I have attended problems with no fewer than three electric hobs... and it's only just dawn on Tuesday!
