Electric Oven issue

Brand new oven on a ring circuit plugged in tripping MCB.

Checked all wiring all ok.

On the oven getting continuity on the live and neutral terminals. Suprising on a new oven.
Any other check i cn do b4 i ring the manufacurers

Is it definitely an MCB and not an RCBO or RCCB?

Really need a lot more detail. Was there another oven there before? What are the numbers on the device that tripped? What is the history of the installation? What resistance do you call continuity?

Continuity is to be expected. Nothing will work unless there is some continuity!

Model is Beko BNIC22100X
Newly wired property. No oven b4.
Originally the RCD was tripping after 3 to 4 mins.
Tried plugging on a different circuit with a extension still tripped the RCD.
After plugging back to the original circuit the MCB started tripping instantly.
Cant rember the readings but buzzed accross live and neutral on the oven terminals

is it on a plug and socket, or hard-wired?

Sorry cant provide a photo unless i make a trip again to the house.

It was already wired in. Newly updated house

I'm sorry. What is actually tripping? You have used different terms.

I know you may have to return to the house to check. A photo of the device that is tripping may be necessary.

Not rcd. Its the 32amp MCB

Could well be poorly wired in. Need to see the state of the oven plug and the flex connections inside the oven terminal box.
