Electric oven problem.Fan works but no heat?!

Yeah, what colour is it? 
More detail........it's a double oven it's all connected up(fan and light works)and is obvoiusly recieving power just no heat.I've just moved in to a new flat and this oven was already there.Seems a shame to chuck it.I dont know much about electrics but could it be a fuse/circuit breaker gone in the oven itself?If so where would it be located?Afraid i can't find a model number.Any help gratefuly recieved.
