Electric oven - Quick Switch question

Hi All,

My oven went bang yesterday.

I have a new one which is 3.5KW which is obviously now needing a connection to the CU, the old one was 13a plug.

I have a shower on a 32A MCB currently and a 45A shower switch.

As I do not use the shower, is the MCB and 45A switch compatible if I use a standard cooker conection unit and some 10mm cable I have left from previous job.
