I had Brand new electric shower 9.8kw fitted few months ago.Its pressure seems to be very low even we have good pressure on mains water.Hot taps have even more pressure on 3rd floor through combi boiler.Is there any setting inside shower where pressure could be increased.

Is the ball valve isolating its water supply fully open?
Worth checking the internal filter inside the shower (isolate electrically first & shut off the water to the shower!).
I found a bit of ptfe tape and swarf had come up the pipes after first installation and blocked the plastic filter inside the shower. Simple fix.
