Hi,
My old electric toothbrush charging base came with a two pin plug, which enabled it to be charged from the 240V charger socket no problem.
My new brush (purchased last week) now has the charging base terminating in a USB-A plug!
I might be wrong, but I don't think may people with have usb sockets in their bathrooms! Is it even allowed under UK regulations?
What's going on?

Thanks

No, but they will have a USB charger elsewhere in the house. Probably more people have USB chargers than old two pin sockets in the bathroom.

So, you'll just have to charge it outside the bathroom. (y)
