Electric towel radiator instead of a boiler fed radiator?

Hello, I plan to get an electric towel radiator for a small bathroom instead of a standard gas heating system radiator. From experience would this be suffice for heat when cold ( its a well insulated warm house) but mostly to dry towels all year round.

Any advice appreciated.

towel rails are exactly that, they are for warming or drying towels, they are not designed to heat the bathroom as well

especially when they are lagged with insulation in the form of towels to prevent the heat escaping.
