Other than saying there is a fault and you need someone to inspect it, there isn't much that can be done from here.

You will need someone with appropriate test equipment.
It could be a fault in a cable or something in the system such as the pump or valve.
If you can recreate the fault at will it could be relatively straightforward but if it is only intermittent it could be a pain.
