Electric un-vented pressure vessel question!!

Hi to all, i have an un-vented hot water only pressure vessel in my flat (no boiler) and there is no pressure in the expansion vessel. It has not been serviced in the 6 years i have lived here. There is no problems with it or relief valves dis-charging etc, but should there not be a certain amount of air in the expansion vessel? The make is a Range Tribune.

Get it serviced, the qualified engineer should take care of all of that for you.
