electric underfloor heating

i am in the middle of building a conservatory, and am looking to install electric underfloor heating.

we currently have electric storage heaters on an independent circuit switched on centrally by the lekky company (white meter, or something similar). is it possible to run the underfloor from this? if so, i take it the thermostat/timer would have to be installed on the ring main to continue operating when the lekky peeps switch off the power to the storage circuit.

is this possible, and how do i go about it?
