Any building regulations for the SWA cable in trench entering brick foundation wall to a bungalow, 600mm below ground finished level. There is about 1m clearance depth to soil level below floorboards, cable will be at 400mm down from floorboards.
Probably needs a plastic sleeve extending 100mm each side. Sealing requirements if permissible? The incoming water and gas pipes are within plastic pipes at soil depth, rising vertically upwards, these are both sealed at entry.

Regards

What on earth are you going on about?

Throw the cable in the ground at the right depth and forget about it. Some warning tape halfway wouldnt go amiss. Under floodboards, nobody really cares what you do, but clipping under the joists is a favourite.

Theres no requirement to seal a hole you make for the cable underground, but throw a bit of cement or sealant or expanding foam (teehee) around it for neatness.
