Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) Feltham? Anyone?

Anyone based in that area or recommend someone? - property is currently empty and needs a pre-rental check as per the new regs. Obviously needs a qualified person etc..

That, presumably, is because that is what they had.

Did you enlighten them or leave them for the next electrician to do the same?

Three were Wylex, one was a mix of fuse holders and rewireables, the other 2 had all or mostly plug in MCBs. The rest have all been what some people call CUs [Apart from the fact that without exception they are all CUs] with MCBs and some had RCDs.
Half of the customers hardly have a good comprehension of the language, let alone speak any English.
The vast majority have been rental properties and an agent telling the tenants they have to let strangers in to turn off their power for an hour or 2 [and God forbid the internet!] doesn't exactly put one in the favourable position to start giving them English lessons.

All of the documentation/paperwork refers to consumer unit and I feel that is enough,even if I had done a Winston and drummed it into them it would have been forgotten by most of them by Christmas.
