I'm never on call i just am always at work! this week so far 5.05am call out on monday, 1.52am this morning then again at 6.50am 
but i dont expect my blokes to do it. they all take there vans home aways to?

£50 a week call out taxed
time and half 16:30 till 08:00 mon-fri
time and half 08:00 till 16:30 sat
double time 16:30sat till 08:30 mon
Paid time you leave home till time you get home.
Van taken home every day, no van tax liability,(£500) as essential for the job and written agreement that I pay for private use and private fuel.

£100 lump sum for Monday to Sunday night if called out or not
Time & half for 2 hours, min2 hours paid
Double time for over 2 hours
And van obv
