i'm struggling to see what's not working

tail set 1 does the lhs switch, connected and working
tail set 2 does the middle switch connected and working
tail set 3 does the rhs switch, not connected as there is no outgoing circuits and the neutral bar has burned out so disconnected

the brown tail goes to the henley block and connects tail set 1 and 2

the installation as presented should all be working in 24hr supply

edit- the neutrals for the rhs switch haven't been moved across so the middle switch circuits won't work, you need an electrician to move them across to the middle switch neutral bar, and upgrade the db to remove the burnt neutral bar, and also to fit rcd/rcbo protection

You can add a note to the suppliers data letting them know to make no changes without authorisation unless recent legislation changes that of course. I know because I’ve done it and used to work for one of the big 6.
