Electrics in cloakroom

I am in the process of drawing up plans for house renovation. There is and large downstairs shower room which I would like as a downstairs toilet come utility room. I am just wondering if it is possible to have the tumble dryer and washing machine in this room. This would be about a 1 1/2 M gap the sink to water to the washer/dryer. The washer & dryer would be under a worktop with FCU above work top to enable power to be turned off.

There are no rules regarding toilet rooms. As long as theres no shower or bath in there you can do what you like.
