Electronic Ballast?

I have an illuminated mirror in the bathroom which has stopped working.

I have checked it over and it appears to be the electronic ballast. Its a 2x13W T5 Spec.

Problem is I am having trouble locating a supplier for a new one.
Been on plenty of sites via google but they all seem very confusing and seem to be bigger than the 2x13W I need.

Can anyone suggest a supplier or maybe give me a link?
