Electronic Saw for floor bords

Hello,

Need for a reliable saw(electronic) in cutting some solid Oak flooring bords-180mm(W) x 20mm(T).
Can you please advice on any ??

"electronic saw" do you mean variable speed or just powerd!!!!!!
"cutting floor boards" in situ to lift them or cutting them for laying!!!!

I guss powerd is the main the issue, thogh not really sure.
Can you explain the main diffrnace please - sorry very new in this buissness.. :roll:

I would like to use it when lay the floor down. Some of the bords should be shorter then they are, and on some we have to cut more narrow etc.

dependant on you budget
a circular saw or table saw for cutting along the length

a chop saw jigsaw or handsaw for cutting to length

you could of course get a combination

or flipsaw in both choping the planks to length and cutting to width modes also notice the clarke combination saw :wink:
