Can I use a dehumidifier to reduce the gap between coats of emulsion or are there side effects from this?
Also, how can I remove some dry emulsion from carpet?
Pre treat the carpet and leave it to soften the emulsion then use a carpet cleaner if you have one.
If not use some bio washing powder in luke warm water and dampen the emulsion then give it it a good wipe over and rinse with clean luke warm water. Try not to soak the carpet you only want it damp.
