En-Suite ontop of electrics ??

wondering if anyone can spare some advice be it common sense or legalities with regards my following.

we are changing the layouts of our rooms upstairs, and we want to install a shower sink and toilet attached to our main room,, problem in my eyes with this, is that downstairs (directly underneath) where we want the shower all our electrical supply and cct breakers are.

is it illegal to have all this installed directly above, a big no no???

Nowt wrong with that. Might want to make sure it's all sealed adequately, though!
