I have recently moved into a new home and have had to dtrip out the en-suite. I have also removed two panels of plaster board as this was rotten due to the fact the previous shower had not been installed properley.

I have bought the shower tray (http://www.plumbworld.co.uk/55-4157) and enclosure. This was due to the fact that so much water had leaked from the previous shower.

The shower tray has lips that sit about 20mm above the tray to stop water from falling behind the tray and covering the ceiling below.

I have replaced the plaster that needed to be removed, but due to this shower having the additional lip to stop leakage I was going to add another layer of plaster so it sits just over the lip and then tile down to the tray.

Has anybody else installed a tray simillar, if so how did you go about it.

Regards.

Dean.
