Hi there, I wonder if some ody can help. All taps upstairs work fine. Apart from the tap in the en suite. it is a mixer tap and it just trickles out both hot and cold, more so when calling for hot water though. Can't understand why just this tap doesn't work correctly. there are no blockages. Also the toilet in the e suite takes longer to fill than the main toilet. Water stop cock is on full. Any reasons why this would be?

What are the water supplies to the en suite gravity or mains pressure ?
Gravity fed 
Has it always been a issue or only just started ?
It's always been an issue since I moved in 2 years ago, it's bugging me now though
Tap could be high pressure tap on low pressure supplies.
Toilet fill valve may have the wrong restrictor in the bottom.

If the tap has flexi supplies disconnect one and run it into a bucket see what the flows like.
