Enforced removing user/fob

Having a bit of a problem deleting a lost fob from the master manager menu

I get to the ‘Are you sure?’ Message in the delete section and push yes but nothing happens...

Any ideas?

User slot, tried with a code and same problem...

Wireless sparky, point is though same issue occurring when trying to remove a standard user code...

Have you tried putting in another code (edit user)

Yes, which has led to the issue of trying to delete a code as I created a new user to see if I could delete that one, but ended up stuck at the same page for the delete user as I had when trying to delete the fob if that makes sense

Don’t have that to hand Sparky it’s a customers panel so would need to check.

Any specific advice based on any known faults on particular software versions?

No ....have a couple of panels was going try them

Sparky, wanting to run this one past you. Panel in question was running v10

Tried another panel also with V10 and managed to replicate the issue...

What I then realised was the delete user function works fine using the master manager code

On the original panel I thought I was in under that but I wasn’t, instead it was a user code set with manager permissions. That code wouldn’t let me delete, despite being set with manager permissions.

I’d have expected it to have let me? Any thoughts?
